Customer Service Specialist – Email Support (Sat‑Wed Shifts)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to provide email‑only support for users of our wellness and lifestyle apps. You will join a fast‑growing team focused on helping people lead healthier, happier lives while working flexible Saturday‑Wednesday shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide email‑only customer support for wellness app users.
• Handle routine inquiries and progressively take on more complex cases.
• Collaborate with teammates, share knowledge and contribute ideas in meetings.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve products and services.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Strong written communication and empathy, able to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a willingness to learn.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken).

Required skills

• English language proficiency.
• Lithuanian language proficiency.
