Customer Service Specialist – English Speaking

About the role

Join Yara European Business Services as a Customer Service Specialist supporting English‑speaking customers. You will act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth order processing and high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through inbound and outbound calls.
• Enter orders accurately and timely in SAP, coordinating downstream processing and transport.
• Follow up on customer requests, billing documents, returns and diversions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Serve as the operational liaison for stakeholders and manage related documentation.

Required profile

• Good English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive, self‑driven and solution‑oriented.
• Experience in customer service or supply chain is preferred.
• Eligibility to work in Lithuania.
