Customer Support Associate – French Speaker

About the role

Convera is looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Associate to deliver high‑quality service across phone, case‑management and digital channels. You will handle customer enquiries, process transactions, resolve payment issues and support internal teams while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer enquiries and transaction requests via phone, email and digital platforms.
• Process payments and related transactions accurately, following established procedures and service‑level agreements.
• Investigate and resolve overdue balances, discrepancies and other account‑related issues.
• Maintain precise records to satisfy audit, compliance and reporting requirements.
• Prioritise workload to meet KPIs, SLAs and quality standards.
• Identify risks and improvement opportunities, escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end customer experiences.
• Support team performance through knowledge sharing and continuous‑improvement activities.

Required profile

• Customer‑centric mindset with strong professionalism and resilience.
• Experience in customer support, operations, deal desk or similar transactional roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Continuous‑improvement attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Fluency in French and English.
