Data Analyst - Digital Procurement

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to turn procurement‑related data into clear, actionable insights that support better decision‑making across the organisation. You will work closely with business stakeholders to design, build and maintain reporting solutions that drive digital procurement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse procurement, financial, supplier, contract, risk and compliance data to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Design, develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and KPI reports with accurate, consistent data.
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches and practical recommendations.
• Support regulatory reporting, internal controls and data‑driven process improvements.
• Automate reporting workflows and enable stakeholders to use data effectively.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a similar analytical role.
• Strong SQL expertise for data extraction, transformation and validation.
• Proven experience with Tableau, including dashboard design, data modelling and visualisation.
• Experience with Alteryx or comparable data‑preparation and automation tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and solid understanding of data quality and reporting standards.
• Relevant higher‑education degree and fluent written and spoken English.
