DevOps Engineer (Customer Experience and Data)

About the role

Join Luminor’s Data Platform Unit as a DevOps Engineer and help shape the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of the data platforms that power data‑driven solutions across the bank. You will work with modern cloud and data technologies to build resilient systems and streamline operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop software tools and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and developer experience.
• Design, build, and manage cloud‑native infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code and automation best practices.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability capabilities with Grafana, Prometheus, and related tools.
• Create and maintain dashboards, metrics, and alerts that provide actionable insights into platform health.
• Identify improvement opportunities within platform services, infrastructure, and processes, and drive enhancements.
• Support incident response, troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and post‑incident reviews to continuously improve stability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE or a similar role with a strong track record of managing cloud infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and experience designing, building, and operating cloud‑native solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Terragrunt) and CI/CD/GitOps pipelines (GitLab, Argo CD).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS).
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages for automation (Python, Java, Bash, PowerShell).
