Digital Business Platforms / SAP Consultant

About the role

EY is looking for consultants to join client projects in next-generation enterprise resource management, ideally with experience in Digital Business Platforms and preferably SAP or another leading ERP platform. The work focuses on finance and human capital areas within large client business transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in IT-enabled business transformation and technology consulting projects focused on SAP or other Digital Business Platforms beyond traditional ERP
• Analyze and design business processes, and develop information system concepts, architecture and design
• Help assess and improve technology management across organizations
• Build relationships with teams and develop knowledge in technology and business consulting

Required profile

• University or equivalent degree, preferably in IT, mathematics, physics, economics or another fundamental or social science
• English and Lithuanian
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Dedicated, innovative and able to work in a dynamic environment
• Desirable: zero to some experience in SAP or other ERP platforms, with academic-level understanding and a strong drive to learn
• Ideal: experience in business requirement analysis and SAP or similar platforms in finance or human capital

Initial salary range: 2,100 - 3,000 EUR gross.
