Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Electrolux is looking for an experienced, open‑minded Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen the market position of its brands, primarily Electrolux (80%) and AEG (20%). The role focuses on delivering a best‑in‑class consumer experience across the entire customer journey and all relevant digital touchpoints in the Baltic region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and design marketing and communication materials such as presentations, newsletters, brochures and event support assets.
• Plan, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across online advertising, websites, social media and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications, PR, Events, Retail and Product Marketing teams to ensure aligned activities.
• Manage and optimise digital touchpoints, including Electrolux and AEG websites, social media channels, landing pages and mobile platforms.
• Coordinate relationships with digital agencies, overseeing day‑to‑day campaign execution, budgets, timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor, analyse and report on website performance, campaign effectiveness and key digital metrics.
• Lead SEO initiatives and manage paid search campaigns, including Google Ads.
• Prepare and present marketing insights, recommendations and results to management.
• Develop multimedia content and digital marketing assets in line with annual marketing plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in a creative or digital agency environment is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product and Finance teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
