About the role

Join the creative team at Bagfactory, Europe’s largest sustainable packaging manufacturer, and craft visual solutions that speak for the brand. You will be responsible for turning ideas into production‑ready designs that support our eco‑friendly bag products.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare print files and layouts from concept through to final production.
• Coordinate layouts with production and sales teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.
• Create product visualizations for packaging and marketing materials.
• Design advertising assets such as flyers, catalogs, banners, and other promotional content.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of print preparation, file quality standards, and pre‑press requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with production and sales departments.
• A professional portfolio demonstrating that design is more than a hobby.
