E-commerce Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

The E‑commerce Growth Marketing Manager will drive rapid, data‑driven growth for AteDaktare’s online store. You will own the user experience, run experiments, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to increase revenue three‑fold.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise e‑shop content and user experience, testing product pages with heat‑map data.
• Monitor inventory and assortment to prevent stock‑outs.
• Design monthly promotion plans and coordinate their execution with internal teams.
• Track Meta, Google, TikTok and email‑marketing metrics (ROAS, CTR, conversions) and reallocate budgets accordingly.
• Manage agencies and freelancers for PPC, TikTok ads, email campaigns, Shopify and IT tasks.
• Collaborate with creative teams and videographers to produce evergreen video and photo assets.
• Develop the TikTok channel and work with influencers and content creators.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in e‑commerce growth marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with heat‑map tools (Hotjar, Clarity, etc.).
• Solid understanding of CRO, landing‑page creation and A/B testing.
• Ability to interpret ROAS, margin and P&L impact of campaigns.
• Result‑oriented mindset, taking ownership of outcomes.
• Fluent English communication.
• Experience in the dietary‑supplements sector is a plus.

What we offer

• Gross salary of €2,000‑€5,000 per month, based on experience.
• Performance‑based commission.
