Senior Meta Media Buyer – Paid Acquisition Lead

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Buyer to own paid acquisition for international DTC eCommerce brands, focusing primarily on Meta Ads. You’ll partner with our in‑house Creative team to develop, test and scale high‑performing ad concepts, using data‑driven insights to improve creative decisions and business results.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale Meta Ads performance across multiple brands.
• Collaborate with Creative to develop and iterate winning ad creatives.
• Build and execute structured testing plans for creatives, audiences and offers.
• Analyze performance data to identify profitability and scaling opportunities.
• Monitor key metrics such as CAC, MER, ROAS, LTV and contribution margin.
• Work with the CRO team to optimise the full customer journey.
• Continuously improve account structure, workflows and reporting.
• Leverage AI tools to generate insights, accelerate research and automate repetitive tasks.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform changes and uncover new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads for DTC or eCommerce brands.
• Proven track record of scaling profitable campaigns.
• Strong understanding of performance‑marketing metrics and attribution.
• Experience working closely with creative teams and translating data into better creatives.
• Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to enhance decision‑making.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable taking ownership and making independent decisions.
• Shopify experience is a plus.
