eFront Support Senior Officer

About the role

We are looking for an eFront Support Senior Officer to join Alter Domus’ Platform Delivery Team. The role will drive deployment, support and adoption of the eFront platform across all offices, acting as the primary business contact for eFront‑related queries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level business support for all eFront application questions.
• Analyse operational needs, assess feasibility and translate requirements into system specifications.
• Serve as liaison between Operations and IT to resolve application issues and coordinate system modifications.
• Produce and maintain user guides for new and existing eFront modules and deliver training sessions.
• Track backlog items, monitor open tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate closely with the Platform Delivery Team leader and escalate critical issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or IT.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical and inquisitive mindset.
• Experience with accounting systems is advantageous.
• Prior exposure to eFront FrontInvest (FIA) is a plus.

• Familiarity with accounting systems.
