ERP Functional Consultant

About the role

A dynamic, rapidly growing company focused on digital transformation and ERP solutions is hiring an ERP Functional Consultant in Kaunas, Lithuania. The consultant manages and advises on the implementation and operation of ERP systems, working closely with the Product Owner to turn needs into practical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and consult on the implementation and operation of ERP systems, including financial administration, HRM, CRM, resource management, project management and ticketing support.
• Set up and configure the base ERP system, including financial, HRM and project management modules.
• Configure user management and authorization models, and set up task and approval flows to optimize business processes.
• Ensure the system works within its existing functionality while meeting business needs.
• Build and use integrations (API management) and develop new connectors and add-ons.
• Resolve minor issues independently and collaborate with the Product Owner on prototypes and solutions.
• Contribute to BI and reporting initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Academic degree in Informatics, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience implementing and managing similar ERP systems (e.g. Rivilé).
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, Postman) is beneficial.
• Proficiency in .NET, JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS and/or Python is beneficial.

• Gross monthly salary of 2,800 to 4,000 EUR depending on seniority, plus a secondary remuneration package.
