Experimentation Team Lead

About the role

IMPACT BRANDS is seeking an Experimentation Team Lead to drive data‑driven growth across its portfolio of health and wellness brands. This fully remote position will own the experimentation roadmap, from hypothesis generation to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Experimentation team, setting priorities that match company KPIs and revenue opportunities.
• Define, prioritize, and execute A/B tests and other experimentation initiatives across the customer journey, including CRO, upsells, and post‑purchase experiences.
• Monitor conversion, revenue, customer behavior, and funnel performance to uncover optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver successful experiments.
• Provide regular reporting, insights, and performance analysis to support data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., marketing, data analytics, business).
• Proven experience leading experimentation or CRO initiatives in a digital environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
