Google Ads Specialist – Hybrid (Vilnius)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our growing Performance team in Vilnius. The role focuses on developing, managing and scaling paid media campaigns for e‑commerce clients across Google and other digital channels. You will collaborate with project managers, media buyers and the creative team in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute advanced PPC strategies for e‑commerce clients, including Performance Max, Dynamic and Shopping campaigns.
• Own the full lifecycle of paid media campaigns, from strategy and setup to reporting and optimisation.
• Leverage automation tools and AI solutions to enhance bidding and reporting.
• Analyse data from GA4, Shopify, Looker Studio and attribution tools to improve ROAS.
• Manage large‑scale media budgets while maintaining accurate tracking frameworks.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on PPC experience in e‑commerce with proven results managing large Google Ads budgets.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and professional proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with client‑facing experience.
• Availability to work at least three days per week from the Vilnius office.
