Finance Director

About the role

We are building an all‑in‑one AI platform that helps teams automate routine tasks and work more efficiently. As we scale rapidly across Europe, we need our first senior finance leader to design and run the financial backbone of a company growing 20% every six months.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling and board‑level reporting.
• Lead and expand the accounting team, ensuring a fast, reliable close, audit readiness and clean books.
• Build the finance function from scratch – processes, systems and controls that will support a much larger organization.
• Partner with sales, product and operations to translate numbers into strategy (unit economics, pricing, headcount planning, cash runway).
• Manage billing, revenue recognition and accounts‑receivable for enterprise customers with multi‑year contracts.
• Oversee external relationships with auditors, tax advisors and shared services, driving a transition to a fully self‑sufficient finance function.

Required profile

• Deep accounting knowledge with the ability to challenge existing practices.
• Proven FP&A experience: built budgets, models and management reporting used by executives.
• Strong business acumen – can see the story behind the numbers and communicate insights to non‑finance stakeholders.
• High ownership and hands‑on attitude; a builder, not a caretaker.
• Experience or strong curiosity about fast‑growing tech/SaaS environments.
• Fluent English; Lithuanian is a plus.
