Finance Regulatory & Statistical Reporting Expert (Vilnius)

About the role

As a Finance Regulatory & Statistical Reporting Expert you will join SEB's Baltic Finance Statutory & Regulatory Excellence team. You will act as the subject‑matter expert for Lithuanian regulatory and statistical reporting, with the possibility to expand responsibilities across the Baltic region.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the impact of new laws and regulations and interpret them for reporting obligations.
• Coordinate the implementation of reporting changes together with Finance Development, External Reporting and other stakeholder teams.
• Maintain internal reporting policies, methodologies and instructions.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with regulators, auditors, SEB Group functions and other key stakeholders.
• Lead responses to inquiries and ad‑hoc requests from local and EU authorities and contribute to audits as the reporting SME.

Required profile

• Higher education in finance, economics, mathematics or business management.
• Proven experience in financial, regulatory or statistical reporting, audit or supervisory roles, preferably with national authority reporting.
• Strong expertise in reporting regulations, financial reporting principles and their impact on statutory reporting.
• Ability to coordinate, communicate and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels and meet tight deadlines.
• Strategic and analytical thinking, structured way of working and strict deadline adherence.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
