Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager for the Baltics will join the local leadership team as the Managing Director’s trusted financial advisor. The role combines strategic business partnering, performance management and financial governance to drive sustainable growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning for the Baltics.
• Consolidate operational and commercial data into clear management reports and actionable performance insights.
• Analyse business performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and present financial results, forecasts and performance reviews to local, regional and corporate leadership.
• Monitor KPIs, drive accountability and continuous improvement across the organisation.
• Collaborate with Controllership teams to oversee month‑end close, statutory reporting, tax, audit, internal controls and compliance.
• Provide country‑level sign‑off for statutory reporting and key finance deliverables.
• Build effective partnerships with Operations, Sales, HR, Corporate Finance and Controllership teams.
• Lead or support strategic finance transformation projects and business improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Senior finance leader with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strategic partner capable of translating business priorities into financial plans.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of managing budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting processes.
• Excellent communication skills to present financial information to diverse audiences.
