Financial Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our finance team in Vilnius. The role focuses on preparing reports, conducting market analyses, and providing data‑driven insights to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare periodic financial reports, market analyses and other insights for senior management.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Collect, analyse and structure data to support decision‑making across the company.
• Develop and enhance analytical tools, reports and financial models.
• Provide recommendations and proposals to senior colleagues.
• Support finance and other departments with analysis and reporting activities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a Financial or Business Analyst, Auditor, Advisory Specialist or similar role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Understanding of general accounting principles.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel.
• Power BI (preferred).
• SQL knowledge (a plus).
