Financial Crime & Regulatory Compliance Consultant

About the role

EY's Forensic & Integrity Services (FIS) team is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Consultant in Vilnius. You will advise clients on regulatory compliance and financial crime, helping them navigate money laundering and fraud prevention, sanctions implementation and adherence to laws and regulations, in a collaborative, international setting.

Key responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders, internal and external auditors, lawyers and regulatory authorities on projects covering AML/CFT, sanctions, fraud and internal control systems.
• Analyse processes and procedures to identify potential non-compliance with laws and regulations and other corporate risks.
• Advise clients on how to remedy process deficiencies and set up and maintain effective control mechanisms.
• With more senior team members, look for new ways to create value for clients.

Required profile

• University degree in Law, Finance, Business or a related field; work experience in these fields is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Lithuanian and international compliance and anti-financial crime regulations.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, proactiveness, conceptual thinking, sense of ownership and resilience.
• Consulting or Big4 experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong IT skills, including the ability to use Excel.
• Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
