FinCrime Analyst – External Enquiries (French)

About the role

Revolut’s Financial Crime Operations team protects customers and their money by detecting and investigating potential threats. As an External Enquiries Analyst you will work closely with the Compliance and Legal teams to respond to law‑enforcement requests, court orders and other regulatory demands, ensuring the safety of funds and the integrity of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with law‑enforcement agencies and respond to court orders, DPAs, and POs in line with legislation such as POCA and DPA.
• Ensure all external requests are processed within required time‑frames.
• Coordinate with the Legal team to prepare documentation for third‑party requests and witness statements.
• Conduct fraud‑related investigations using analytical tools and generate reports or alerts for suspicious activity.
• Communicate financial‑crime concerns across all levels of the organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and French at C1 level or higher.
• 2+ years of experience in financial‑crime operations or at least 1 year dealing with external law‑enforcement agencies.
• Familiarity with investigative methodologies and analytical tools such as spreadsheets, filters, pivots and network charts.
• Strong knowledge of court orders, DPAs, POCA and the preparation of witness statements.
• Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking and the ability to multitask under pressure.
