FP&A Analyst

About the role

Eneba builds an open, safe and sustainable marketplace for gamers, with close to 20 million active users. As an FP&A Analyst you will support all aspects of financial planning, analysis and reporting, working closely with the finance team and other departments. You will report on and analyse financial and operational data, support budgets, forecasts and monthly reports, track project profitability, and help build the reporting system and finance tools.

Key responsibilities

• Support budget and financial forecast preparation by collecting inputs from other departments and aggregating them into a financial model.
• Prepare monthly reports comparing actuals with budget and forecast, analysing variances.
• Analyse revenues, costs and project profitability and prepare performance reports.
• Perform periodic cost analysis and financial controls to find savings opportunities and inconsistencies.
• Analyse and reconcile data across departments and sources to establish a single source of truth for key metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise and automate financial reporting and control procedures.
• Support the implementation and management of the finance ecosystem, including tools, processes, the FP&A platform and the data structure.

Required profile

• 3+ years' experience as a financial controller, consultant or similar; startup or e-commerce experience is a plus.
• BSc or MSc in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or similar.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Ability to identify gaps, take ownership of solutions and deliver business improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, modelling and forecasting.
• AI-driven mindset, with experience using AI tools (e.g. Claude AI, Gemini) to improve efficiency and automate tasks.
