Fraud Specialist

About the role

Eneba is building an open, safe and sustainable marketplace for gamers, with close to 20 million active users. Its Fraud & Risk Operations team safeguards the platform and protects user trust across all products. Eneba is looking for a Fraud Specialist in Kaunas to analyse fraud patterns, spot anomalies and help build systems that keep users and the platform safe.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor marketplace activity to detect suspicious behaviour and prevent fraudulent transactions.
• Analyse data to identify fraud patterns, emerging risks and new attack vectors.
• Collaborate with product, data and engineering teams to design and improve fraud detection and prevention systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and alerts for ongoing fraud monitoring.
• Support the creation of policies and procedures that strengthen fraud prevention and customer trust.
• Investigate escalated cases and recommend actions based on risk assessment.

Required profile

• Experience in fraud analysis, risk management or trust & safety within a marketplace, fintech or e-commerce environment.
• Strong analytical skills, able to work with data, spot patterns and draw actionable insights.
• Familiarity with fraud monitoring tools, anomaly detection or rule-based systems.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-scaling environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
