FX Client Portfolio Manager

About the role

The FX Client Portfolio Manager will oversee a portfolio of corporate clients in Vilnius, delivering tailored foreign‑exchange solutions and managing the full trade lifecycle. You will act as the primary point of contact, combining relationship management with expert product advice to help clients minimise FX risk and optimise cash flow.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing FX hedging, supplier payment finance, payments and cash‑management transactions.
• Provide bespoke recommendations, structure deals and ensure best‑in‑class pricing for each client.
• Collaborate with the sales team to originate new business and expand existing relationships.
• Monitor market movements and competitor offerings to position Ebury’s solutions effectively.
• Meet KPIs such as revenue growth, client retention, upselling and cross‑selling of multiple product lines.
• Gather client feedback and relay insights to product and technology teams.

Required profile

• Strong experience in financial services sales or relationship management, preferably within an FX institution or commercial bank.
• Established network of corporate contacts is a distinct advantage.
• Solid understanding of compliance requirements relevant to FX and payment services.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas confidently.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and client‑growth targets.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of FX products, hedging strategies and cash‑management solutions.
• Ability to perform statistical and fundamental analysis for risk assessment.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks governing foreign‑exchange transactions.
