German Speaking SAP Transportation Management (TM) Lead

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking senior leader to own the Transportation Management (TM) workstream within a global digital transformation program. The role combines solution architecture, process redesign and program governance to drive a future‑proof logistics landscape on SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and a side‑by‑side EWM/TM platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the SAP TM workstream through all SAP ACTIVATE phases, from fit‑to‑standard workshops to design and realization.
• Define and govern the TM transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with central program and design authority.
• Coach and mentor a blended delivery team of client IT staff and external SAP TM consultants.
• Design end‑to‑end transportation processes, target operating model and data architecture across the enterprise value chain.
• Ensure data consistency, clean‑core principles and minimal customisation throughout the solution.

Required profile

• Senior transformation leader with extensive SAP TM experience.
• Proven ability to drive fit‑gap assessments, solution design and governance in large‑scale SAP programs.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, capable of building internal capability.
• Fluent German language skills.
