Group Finance Consolidation & Reporting Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑growing international company in the Baltics as the Group Finance Consolidation & Reporting Manager. You will lead the quarterly consolidation process, ensure accurate IFRS reporting, and drive continuous improvement of finance systems across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quarterly Group consolidation, including intercompany accounting, foreign‑exchange translation, and IFRS‑compliant reporting.
• Own the production of Group financial reports in line with IFRS standards.
• Collaborate with local accounting leads to harmonise processes, develop SOPs, and implement best practices.
• Evaluate, select, and implement a consolidation tool in partnership with Finance Systems teams.
• Support Group audit activities and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in consolidation, group finance, or reporting management.
• Strong background in accounting or audit, preferably within a multi‑entity environment.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS; familiarity with Lithuanian GAAP is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced start‑up or scale‑up setting.
• Willingness to work from Lithuania or elsewhere in the Baltics.
