Growth Marketing Manager - CEE

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead brand and growth initiatives across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The role will shape regional campaign strategy, refine market positioning, and launch product‑focused initiatives that drive acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs through behavior analysis and translate insights into data‑driven stories and content that boost conversion.
• Own end‑to‑end go‑to‑market product launches, defining audience strategy, messaging and communication plans.
• Design and execute research plans to uncover customer insights, validate product and marketing roadmaps, and monitor the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to build campaign calendars that drive engagement across the funnel.
• Maintain and adapt tone‑of‑voice and style guides for the CEE, ensuring global campaigns reflect local nuances.
• Deliver campaigns with a strong bias toward growth and measurable business impact.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and at least one Eastern European language.
• Minimum 5 years of creative B2C marketing experience in a fast‑paced, preferably hyper‑growth tech environment.
• Proven track record leading regional marketing efforts for a global brand.
• Deep understanding of fintech or payments markets and competitive dynamics.
• Strong storytelling ability to create compelling content that drives conversion.
• Experience setting strategic direction and managing complex, cross‑functional campaigns.
