Social Media & Paid Social Specialist

About the role

ASBIS is seeking a Social Media & Paid Social Specialist to drive social media activity and paid advertising for multiple consumer technology and gaming brands. You will work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to support brand growth and product launches across Meta and TikTok platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and schedule organic content on Meta platforms and TikTok.
• Launch, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Set up and manage audiences, budgets, and performance tracking.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine creatives, targeting, and overall campaign strategy.
• Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign planning and product launches.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Background in managing paid social campaigns for consumer brands, retail or e‑commerce (preferred).
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• English and Russian language proficiency at B2+ level.
• Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
