Growth Workflow Manager, Performance & Paid

About the role

As the Growth Workflow Manager for Performance & Paid, you will bridge paid‑growth expertise with AI‑driven automation. Working closely with engineers, you will design intelligent agents that replace manual bid management, creative iteration, and budget allocation with continuous, data‑powered decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Define and spec automation workflows for paid growth, including creative fatigue detection, budget reallocation, geo‑level channel mix optimization, and audience signal processing.
• Collaborate with the build team to translate workflow specifications into functional AI agents.
• Quality‑assure agent outputs, identify gaps, and iterate on logic and guardrails.
• Refine AI‑generated creative and copy variants using domain judgment before data validation.
• Maintain and update knowledge‑base inputs, rules, and campaign logic for paid‑growth agents.
• Monitor workflow performance, continuously improve automation, and extend systems thinking to other growth levers such as CRO, incentives, referrals, and cross‑channel workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience running paid growth at scale in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong desire to replace manual processes with automated, AI‑enabled solutions.
• Ability to think systemically and translate business objectives into technical specifications.
