About the role
Hostinger is looking for a Growth Organic Specialist to expand its organic acquisition channels. Working closely with the Organic Growth Strategist, you will turn strategic ideas into measurable growth across SEO, content, YouTube and localisation.
Key responsibilities
- Design, launch and optimise organic growth initiatives on SEO, content, YouTube and related channels.
- Identify high‑impact opportunities through data analysis, competitor research and market trend monitoring.
- Run end‑to‑end growth experiments: set‑up, execution, analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with content, product and development teams to improve organic funnels and conversion rates.
- Document performance, insights and next steps in clear, actionable reports.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in organic growth, SEO or growth marketing.
- Proven track record of driving organic traffic and/or revenue growth.
- Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently with high ownership.
- Excellent collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
Required skills
- SEO and content optimisation.
- Analytics tools such as Tableau, Google Search Console and Ahrefs.
- Experimentation and growth‑hacking methodologies.
