Marketing Manager – 4‑Month Maternity Cover (Remote EU)

About the role

Foxelli Group is looking for a Marketing Manager to cover a 4‑month maternity leave. The position is fully remote within the EU and offers the chance to lead end‑to‑end marketing projects for its D2C e‑commerce brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Conduct customer research and market analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Turn insights into landing pages, funnels, and ad campaigns that drive conversions.
• Write persuasive copy for ads, landing pages, and email flows.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to create on‑brand assets and implement website updates.
• Run A/B tests, monitor performance metrics, and iterate for continuous improvement.
• Serve as the liaison between marketing, design, and development, ensuring clear briefs and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑stack marketing, preferably in DTC e‑commerce.
• Ability to move quickly, experiment, and make data‑driven decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on funnel optimization.
• Comfortable working remotely and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
