Head of Finance

About the role

Eneba is seeking a Head of Finance to lead and scale its finance organization across FP&A, treasury, and embedded business analysts. This hands‑on role will build core finance capabilities from the ground up while mentoring a growing team, supporting a fast‑moving gaming marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and manage the finance team and Business Analysts hub.
• Design and operate a treasury function, including cash‑flow forecasting, liquidity planning, payment prioritisation, cash‑pool strategy and working‑capital management.
• Set foreign‑exchange policy and hedging strategy, overseeing execution.
• Negotiate banking products, manage relationships and drive operational banking processes.
• Prepare and present accurate board reporting packages.
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning; review financial models and business cases.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Partner with product, commercial and operational teams to guide decision‑making.
• Lead AI adoption and process‑automation initiatives across finance workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• 7+ years of finance experience, including at least 3 years of people‑management experience.
• Proven ability to act as both a strategic individual contributor and a team leader.
• Strong business acumen with the capacity to understand detailed business operations and ask critical questions.
