Head of Product

About the role

As Head of Product at Kiloverse you will own and expand a diverse physical product portfolio across multiple brands and international markets. You will work closely with entrepreneurs, founders and cross‑functional teams to turn market insights into commercially successful products.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow the physical product portfolio across brands and markets.
• Identify new product and assortment opportunities based on trends, customer needs and competitor analysis.
• Explore emerging categories, ingredients and formats to uncover promising opportunities.
• Lead end‑to‑end product development with suppliers and R&D, from concept to launch.
• Drive portfolio performance through pricing, upselling, positioning and continuous optimization.
• Manage stock planning and product availability while maintaining healthy inventory levels.
• Build strong supplier relationships, source new opportunities and evaluate commercial solutions.
• Coordinate product knowledge and customer feedback across marketing, legal, supply chain and customer success.

Required profile

• Strong experience managing physical consumer products, preferably in supplements, nutrition, wellness or e‑commerce.
• Commercial mindset with deep understanding of assortment, pricing, margins, upselling and stock management.
• Good grasp of consumer and product trends across the US and other international markets.
• Proven ability to identify product opportunities through market, competitor and customer insights.
• Hands‑on experience working with suppliers and R&D partners to source, develop and launch products.
• Capability to understand formulations and ingredients to guide external partners.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication to align suppliers, marketing, supply chain, legal and customer‑facing teams.
• Proactive, hands‑on leadership style that turns opportunities into successful products.

What we offer

• Gross salary range €4,500 – €6,500 per month.

• Additional 7 days of paid leave plus 3 days for weddings.
• Hybrid work model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) for Vilnius; flexible arrangements for other locations.
