HR Business Partner

About the role

Flo is looking for a strategic, commercially‑sharp HR Business Partner to work directly with senior leadership. You will act as an embedded consultant, aligning people strategy with the fast‑moving business roadmap and helping the organisation scale sustainably.

Key responsibilities

• Align People strategy with company business strategy and roadmap delivery.
• Enable faster decision‑making through strong organisational design and clear accountability.
• Build leadership capability and craft through targeted development programs.
• Anticipate organisational risks and design proactive mitigation plans.
• Drive and implement end‑to‑end People initiatives across the enterprise.
• Use data and metrics to influence decisions and measure impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable strategic HR role.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into workforce plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable partnering with C‑level leaders.
• Ability to move between executive‑level strategic conversations and hands‑on operational delivery.
