HR Delivery Specialist – Compensation

About the role

As an HR Delivery Specialist in the Compensation team, you will support core compensation processes such as variable pay, base salary and reporting. You will handle a wide range of daily administrative and operational tasks, contribute to process improvements and help maintain HR systems while working closely with colleagues in Vilnius.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily and regular HR operations within the compensation area.
• Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly tasks according to work instructions.
• Follow up on cases in the case‑management system.
• Support projects and initiatives with required input.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance colleagues to resolve user inquiries and sustain daily operations.
• Maintain and update work instructions as needed.
• Ensure accuracy, attention to detail and high‑quality results.
• Identify and suggest process improvements.
• Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in testing new tools and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex information.
• Effective time‑management and prioritisation.
• Curious mindset and willingness to explore new solutions.
• Outgoing, positive team player with fluent English.
• Previous experience in compensation or finance is a plus.
