Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

Pulsetto, a fast‑growing wellness‑tech brand, is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to scale its creator partnerships program. You will own the end‑to‑end influencer lifecycle, drive performance‑based growth, and collaborate across teams in a fast‑moving DTC environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of influencer partnerships – sourcing, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and performance tracking.
• Work closely with influencer marketing agencies to source and recruit creators, focusing on the US market.
• Analyze campaign performance using CPA, CPM, AOV, CR, and CAC to optimise deal structures and creator selection.
• Continuously test new creator archetypes, content formats, and deal structures to improve efficiency and ROI.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with creators and their management or agencies.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with performance marketing, brand, IT and analytics teams to align on attribution and reporting.
• Stay on top of trends in wellness, tech and the creator economy to spot new opportunities early.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in influencer marketing and partnerships.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work without micromanagement.
• Experience working with influencers/creators, preferably in the US market.
• Solid understanding of performance metrics such as CPA, CPM, AOV, CR and CAC.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms like IMPACT and Superfiliate.
• Result‑oriented, data‑driven mindset.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Understanding of wellness or tech brand audiences and DTC business models.
