About the role

Join Ignitis Group’s Contact Center team as an IT Monitoring Specialist. You will be responsible for monitoring the company’s IT infrastructure, handling incidents, and providing technical support to internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor IT services using tools such as Zabbix and Grafana.
• Analyze alerts, identify incidents, and trigger resolution processes.
• Log, classify, and resolve client requests in the IT service management system.
• Perform proactive monitoring to detect recurring issues and initiate preventive actions.
• Consult clients on service performance, disruptions, and EV‑charging station issues.
• Work in rotating shifts, with night‑time work compensated at 1.5× the regular rate.

Required profile

• Higher or higher‑education degree in IT (students in final year are welcome).
• Experience with IT infrastructure, networks, servers or telecommunications.
• Familiarity with IT monitoring systems (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana).
• Knowledge of IT incident management principles and ability to analyse root causes.
• Strong independent work ethic, quick reaction to incidents and effective planning.
• Good communication skills and ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Proficient English (spoken and written).
