IT Service Desk Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist to provide first‑line IT support to internal customers, handle incidents in our ITSM tool and keep our knowledge base up to date.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line phone support to internal company users.
• Log, diagnose and resolve or route self‑service incidents, requests and tasks in the ITSM system according to SLA.
• Maintain and update documentation in the knowledge base.
• Participate in the IT Service Desk access‑management process.
• Assist with ad‑hoc projects that improve Service Desk functions.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking for fault diagnosis.
• Ability to explain technical issues in clear, user‑friendly language.
• Good knowledge of common hardware and software applications.
• Willingness to help colleagues and complete tasks promptly.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts within 7:00 AM‑7:00 PM.
• IT Service Desk experience or similar IT support background, or a degree in Computer Science.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
