IT Support Specialist – 1st Line Employee IT Support

About the role

Join SEB Global Services as an IT Support Specialist within the Digital Workplace team. You will be the first point of contact for employees across 20 countries, helping them resolve everyday IT issues and ensuring smooth operation of their digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support to SEB Group employees via phone, chat, or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems on Windows and mobile devices.
• Escalate complex incidents to higher‑level support teams while maintaining clear communication.
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.
• Assist in the rollout of standard IT equipment and software updates.

Required profile

• Strong teamwork orientation and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
• Genuine enthusiasm for helping others solve technical problems.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Effective prioritisation and multitasking skills.
• Customer‑service mindset, preferably with prior support experience.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Windows operating systems and common office applications.
• Familiarity with standard IT hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices).
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (Wi‑Fi, VPN, LAN).
