Junior Accountant – Global Compliance & Reporting

About the role

Join EY’s Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) team as a Junior Accountant. You will support financial integrity for clients by handling day‑to‑day accounting tasks, ensuring accurate records, and assisting with regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Post transactions in accounting software and maintain client accounting records.
• Process invoices, handle ad‑hoc administrative requests, and manage bank account activities such as payment orders and balance monitoring.
• Prepare monthly payroll calculations for clients.
• Assist with additional accounting duties as required.

Required profile

• University degree or final‑year student in business, economics, accounting, finance, STEM or a related field.
• Strong curiosity for finance and accounting developments.
• Motivation to grow as an accounting professional.
• High attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
• Fluent in spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
• Relevant work or internship experience and solid MS Office skills are a plus.
