Junior Developer, Release Quality Tools

About the role

Unity is seeking an enthusiastic Junior Software Developer to join its Release Quality Tools team. You will help build and maintain internal and external tools that support bug‑reporting workflows and improve developer productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain critical tools used by internal teams and Unity customers.
• Participate in planning future software projects that enhance release quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve live‑release processes and customer experience.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high‑quality documentation.
• Apply AI analysis to data sets to extract quality and risk signals.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Strong foundation in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Understanding of data‑management fundamentals, including databases and APIs.
• Commitment to quality through thorough documentation and unit testing.
• Passion for learning, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude.
