Junior People & Culture Generalist

About the role

As a Junior People & Culture Generalist at SME Bank, you will support the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to HR administration and office operations. This hands‑on position offers the chance to develop HR expertise within a fast‑moving fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Post job ads, screen CVs, schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment activities.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including documentation, access rights and introductory sessions.
• Maintain employee records and probation documentation in HiBob.
• Handle CEO orders, partner contracts, job charters and occupational safety paperwork via Marksign.
• Provide ad‑hoc administrative support to managers, including travel coordination.
• Process incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies.
• Welcome guests, coordinate hospitality and ensure a tidy, functional office environment.
• Track and update parking allocations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in HR, office coordination or administration.
• Strong communication, organizational abilities and a proactive ownership mindset.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
