About the role

IKEA is looking for a friendly and reliable cashier to join our team in Vilnius. You will be the face of the store, ensuring a smooth and pleasant checkout experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous service at the cash register.
• Accurately scan purchased items quickly and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions securely.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Work a full‑time schedule of 40 hours per week.

Required profile

• At least secondary education (high school diploma).
• Strong communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Good numeracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and stay oriented toward customer satisfaction.
