Key Account Manager – Baltic Region (Remote)

About the role

OSW, a fast‑growing solar distribution leader in Europe, is seeking a results‑driven Key Account Manager for the Baltic region. Working remotely from Lithuania, you will build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction across the solar market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and achieve sales KPIs, including revenue targets, active and new customer numbers.
• Generate new business through cold‑calling, networking and referrals, and onboard new clients.
• Maintain regular contact with prospects and existing customers, updating leads daily in the CRM.
• Build long‑term relationships that lead to completed sales and account growth.
• Deliver tailored presentations that communicate the value of OSW’s solar solutions.

Required profile

• Knowledge of the solar industry and its market dynamics.
• Degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships at all organisational levels.
• Problem‑solving ability with effective negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and a valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to learn and use new CRM software.
