About the role

TF Bank is looking for a motivated Customer Service Specialist to join its dynamic team in Vilnius. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth, professional, and pleasant experience across all interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone and email, providing consultations and presenting bank services.
• Guarantee fast, professional, and courteous client service at all times.
• Receive, process, and administer client applications and inquiries.
• Contribute to building a positive client experience and uphold the bank’s service standards.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and result‑orientation.
• Confidence in client interactions and ability to maintain professional communication in complex situations.
• Proven ability to resolve client questions and issues effectively.
