About the role

Join Ignitis Group’s Contact Centre as a Service Desk Specialist responsible for first‑level IT incident resolution and colleague support. This position offers a solid entry point into IT service management within a fast‑growing energy company.

Key responsibilities

• Handle L1 IT incidents and requests, perform initial analysis and propose solutions.
• Register and classify incidents received via phone or email in the ticketing system.
• Provide guidance to internal colleagues on the use of IT services and systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the L2 support team.
• Contribute to the creation and update of knowledge‑base articles, FAQs and procedural documentation.

Required profile

• Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field (final‑year students are welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
• Willingness to work with a variety of computer systems.

Required skills

• Experience with IT service‑desk environments.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Ivanti or Jira.
• Basic understanding of ITIL principles or a keen interest in IT service management.
