Lead QA Automation Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead QA Automation Engineer to join Telia’s SAP CRM team. You will design and build a modern QA automation framework for SAP CRM and SAP TC, setting a benchmark for other Telia units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a robust QA automation framework for SAP CRM and SAP TC.
• Build automation solutions from scratch and enhance existing ones.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to promote QA automation best practices.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to QA teams.
• Introduce AI technologies to improve QA processes and testing efficiency.
• Perform manual testing when needed to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Lead QA Automation Engineer.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English; Lithuanian is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make a significant impact.

Required skills

• Playwright (mandatory).
• JavaScript and TypeScript.
• SAP QA Automation (mandatory).
