Marketing Project Manager

About the role

Fleming is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to lead cross‑functional campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement and product adoption. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, turning ideas into data‑driven marketing initiatives that align with our digital wellness products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of digital customer journeys, product lifecycles and competitive landscapes.
• Plan, lead and execute integrated marketing projects across web, email, social and in‑app channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics such as CAC, LTV and churn, and continuously optimise for higher conversion and retention.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Creative, Performance Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Leverage product analytics and market insights to refine strategies and inform future initiatives.
• Provide structured reporting, real‑time updates and post‑campaign retrospectives to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Marketing Project Management or a similar role within a digital product, SaaS or tech‑driven environment.
• Strong project planning and multitasking abilities, with a track record of delivering simultaneous go‑to‑market campaigns.
• Data‑fluent: comfortable interpreting metrics like CAC, LTV, churn and funnel conversion.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and creative stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset – proactive problem‑solving and ability to meet deadlines within scope.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
