Meta Media Buyer – Performance Campaigns

About the role

We are seeking a Meta Media Buyer to own and scale performance campaigns across Meta platforms. You will plan, launch, test and optimise ads at large budgets, turning data insights into measurable growth for our health‑tech portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise high‑volume Meta ad budgets to meet KPI targets.
• Develop and execute Meta performance strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with a team of media buyers and performance creatives.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor research to generate new testing ideas.
• Test and manage additional paid‑social channels.
• Take ownership of project outcomes and decision‑making.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in Meta media buying.
• Proven ability to plan, execute and achieve defined performance goals.
• Experience in digital e‑commerce environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Comfortable with experimentation, failure and rapid scaling.

Required skills

• Meta advertising platform expertise.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for data analysis.
• Hyros or similar third‑party tracking tools.
