Mid-Market Account Manager – Trade Credit Insurance

About the role

As a Mid‑Market Account Manager you will be the primary point of contact for existing corporate clients, helping them manage trade credit risk and grow their business with Coface’s suite of insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and deepen long‑term relationships with assigned mid‑market clients.
• Manage the client portfolio, ensuring high‑quality service and satisfaction.
• Lead contract renewal negotiations with company executives and credit insurance brokers.
• Provide expert advice on trade credit insurance and risk‑management strategies.
• Identify opportunities to expand business volumes and cross‑sell additional solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer service or a related role.
• Experience in banking, insurance or credit collection is a plus.
• University degree in Economics or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written).
• Motivated, customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality experiences.
• Experience in a multicultural or international matrix organization is desirable.
