Mid‑Senior Accountant – US Finance Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Senior Accountant to join our fast‑growing insurance‑tech company, INULTI, supporting US financial operations. Working closely with the CFO and finance team, you will manage full‑cycle accounting, ensure compliance with US GAAP and help automate processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle, from journal entries to financial reporting.
• Oversee General Ledger processes and validate financial data.
• Analyze financial information and ensure compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise financial operations.
• Support reporting, audits and strategic finance initiatives.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with full‑cycle accounting.
• Strong understanding of payroll, GL processes and accounting principles.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
